Padel Oost opened eight courts in an old tram depot in Rotterdam-Oost. Most members book after 21:00. The previous logo was a racket clip-art in green.

The late slots were full and the early ones empty. The club was already a night venue; it just didn't look like one.

A condensed wordmark that reads from the far end of a court, court-blue everywhere and one fluorescent ball as the only accent. The membership card is called Late Shift.

Signage painted straight onto the depot walls, a booking app skin, court numbers two metres tall and a membership card that doubles as the door key.

Memberships are up 38% in the first year and the 23:00 slot has a waiting list.
